Four modules: reading, listening, writing, and speaking cover the TOEFL test format for iBT online test. The TOEFL structure and syllabus for four of them is as follows.
TOEFL Reading Section
- Reading for the TOEFL Reading entails reading passages and responding to the questions posed.
- There will be 3-5 passages to read, and each passage will have 12-14 questions to answer.
- There will be a total of 50 questions to be answered during the course of 60-100 minutes.
- The correctness of each answer in each passage will determine the score.
TOEFL Listening Section
- Listening on the TOEFL There are two types of conversations that will be heard while listening.
- One will be a brief conversation, while the other will be lengthy. After each short conversation, there will be one question that will be a multiple-choice question with options to choose from.
- There will be numerous questions to be answered during a lengthy conversation.
- There will be two sections in the listening, which are as follows: 4-5 lectures that will be 3-5 minutes long, 500-800 words long, with 6 questions each, for a total of 30 questions. 2- 3 conversations that will last more than 3 minutes, with 12-25 exchanges and 5 questions each.

TOEFL Speaking Section
