UCLan began in Preston and have since expanded their campuses in the United Kingdom. They are based in Preston, Burnley (East Lancashire), and Westlakes (West Cumbria). The Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture gave them an academic licence in 2012, allowing us to build the first British University in Cyprus. They are embarking on a bright Campus Masterplan to create a world-class campus that is commensurate with their reputation as one of the UK's largest institutions. Their plan's central tenet is to seamlessly integrate the campus with the rest of the city, benefiting current and future generations of students, faculty, and visitors.
